Support

The WavePort products are in active development and no public installer has shipped yet, so there is no installation or troubleshooting queue to join. Setup guides, troubleshooting, and direct support channels open together with the WavePort release program — this page gains them the day they are real.

Until then, questions about WavePort reach the Botify Network maintainers through the Botify Network organization on GitHub.

To report a security issue, follow the process on the Security page — and please do not post vulnerability details in public issues. For questions about data handling, the Privacy page describes what this site and the products do and do not collect.

Release states shown on this site are always real: current per-product status lives in the release status section.
